For anyone who feels hesitate about what it is like to visit a non denominational church, Christians here are actually excited to meet and greet new people to their church. You may not believe it but you’ll feel a warm atmosphere inside the church because they’re accommodating. Dress code – before, it’s pretty common to dress up for Sunday service but today, many things have changed and people are wearing more relaxed clothing and so does when going to churches. Yes it is true that children are still welcome to attend the main service however, this is geared more to the adults. Best leave them in children’s church as there are special age specific programs intended for them. As a matter of fact, non denomination churches pay special attention to children’s churches as they’ve broken it up to different classes by school grade or age group. Most churches also have elaborate children’s program, complete with its own wing or building even. Kids can play or socialize while being able to learn bible lessons that are perfect for the age they are in.

Teachers in children’s church are members of church too but they’re doing this voluntarily. On the other hand, bigger churches are doing background check but in smaller ones, they are willing to accept anyone to teach given the fact that they are known for their leadership skills. Service – when you attend at non denominational service on a Sunday service, it usually last for a max of 2 hours. But in the past decades, this lasts indefinitely; it just happens that church leaders are aware of shorter attention spans. Each segment of service has its own set time period and while there are instances that the service goes over, it wouldn’t take longer than 15 to 20 minutes. As what said, the service is composed of different segments and these include worship service that normally last for around 45 minutes, announcements and offerings which last for at least 15 minutes and the sermon that’s more or less 45 minutes.
